When you book an appointment at Coco Beauty Retreat, we set that time and a therapist aside just for you. If you cancel with late notice, or just don’t show, we may have turned others away that otherwise could have your spot, which has happened on many occassions, therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments for treatments or packages longer than 1 hour otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.
WE IN TURN will reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc). After all, its only fair that we do for you what we ask you to do for us!
Late cancellations or ‘no show’ for gift voucher bookings will result in your voucher being redeemed in full.
To ensure that you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. As this time has been reserved for you, late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full.
We also have a loyalty program, a referral program and are involved in community sponsorships.
